Elevator industry can be said to be one of the few sunrise industries, still has a broad market development space. Looking ahead, Hu Ming is full of confidence.

"It is recommended to establish a sound mechanism for introducing and withdrawing high-end talents." In Hu Ming's view, the growth of enterprises has its growth law of cultivation period, maturity period, profit period and decline period, and this period is relatively long, and the frequent change of leaders is not conducive to the development of medium and long-term development planning of enterprises. To this end, Hu Ming suggested strengthening the equity incentive of state-owned enterprises, promoting the mixed ownership reform of state-owned enterprises, allowing senior executives and technical backbones to hold shares, enhancing the sense of belonging and ownership of enterprises, and truly providing advice for the long-term healthy development of enterprises.
"We hope to reasonably support the development of local manufacturing enterprises within the scope of market rules." Hu Ming said that in the next work, we will go all out to do a good job in the reform and development of enterprises, constantly practice internal skills, and build an elevator industrial park centered on AVIC elevator with the strong support of Zunyi Municipal Committee and government to make more contributions to the development of the elevator industry and equipment manufacturing industry in the province.
