2. Staff entering the site for work should strictly abide by the relevant rules and regulations of the user's unit.
3. Send professional technical staff twice a month to inspect and maintain the elevator.
4. Provide emergency response services for the equipment 24/7, 365 days a year. Upon receiving an urgent repair notice from the user, arrive at the site within 15-30 minutes.
5. During the maintenance period of the contract, we will provide paid delivery services for vulnerable items and free installation and adjustment.
6. Cooperate with the government to conduct annual inspections on elevators maintained during the contract period, and provide free rectification for any rectification projects caused by improper maintenance.
1、 Daily maintenance of elevators
Within the shelf life
After the installation, commissioning, and acceptance of the elevator by the owner, it will enter our company's minimum 12 month warranty service period
1. During the product warranty service period, we will regularly dispatch professional maintenance personnel for maintenance.
2. The maintenance cycle of each elevator shall not exceed 15 days.
3. Maintenance personnel shall submit a report on elevator maintenance to the owner every three months.
4. For some elevators with special operating requirements from the owner, our company will fully consider the owner's arrangement in terms of maintenance time.
5. In the event of a serious accident, our company's personnel will resolve the issue within 24 hours of receiving notification in our province and 48-72 hours outside the province at the latest.
6. Before the end of the product warranty period, our company will conduct a comprehensive inspection and test for the owner's elevator free of charge, and correct any problems found free of charge.
7. During the product warranty service period, we will provide 24-hour telephone duty service.
8. Free repair and replacement of accessories and related quality issues during the warranty period.
After signing the elevator maintenance contract
1. After the owner signs a maintenance contract with our company, we will regularly send professional maintenance personnel to the owner's elevator site for patrol maintenance.
2. The maintenance cycle for each elevator is within 15 days.
3. Maintenance personnel shall submit a report on elevator maintenance to the owner every three months.
4. Our company will fully consider the arrangements of the owner for the maintenance time of some elevators that have special requirements for their operation time.
5. Provide 24-hour emergency elevator maintenance service to the owner.
6. A free annual safety inspection is conducted to correct any issues discovered at a discounted price.
7. We will provide 24-hour telephone duty service for the owner's elevator.
2、 Supply of spare parts
Within the product's shelf life
1. During the product's warranty period, our company will provide free replacement for elevator components that are damaged during normal use.
2. We will equip the company's spare parts warehouse with various trapezoidal and complete series of accessory items, as well as a complete list of specialized accessories, general accessories, and various vulnerable parts.
3. Each nearby maintenance point should provide common and vulnerable parts for mutual backup at any time.
After the product warranty period
1. After exceeding the product quality warranty period, the supply of spare parts shall ensure the continuous safe and high-quality operation of the elevator in the building based on the principle of "supply before payment", provided that there is a good payment reputation.
2. If the owner signs an elevator maintenance contract with our company, our company will provide according to the contract agreement
3. After signing the maintenance contract, our company will provide elevator parts that are damaged under normal circumstances to the owner at a discounted price.
4. After signing the maintenance contract, a portion of the components will also be prepared to be readily available for use.
5. We will provide the owner with a discounted price list for vulnerable parts and spare parts.
